These terms explain the rules for using Loca, the business operating platform provided through useloca.com and app.useloca.com.

Using Loca

You must provide accurate account and business information, keep login details secure and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for the content, media, customer data and website information added to your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid services, subscriptions, invoices, domain orders and add-ons are billed according to the plan or order agreed at the time of purchase. Some payments may be due immediately.

Platform availability

We work to keep Loca reliable, but we may update, suspend or change parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

Customer websites and domains

Customers are responsible for ensuring website content, legal notices, domain ownership and public business information are accurate and lawful.
